The DNPM working plan is a technical document that demonstrates the most relevant aspects that involve mining. Are presented with details the flow of activities ordered according to the extraction and processing needs, as well as the environmental, operational, health and safety, and economic viability issues.
Forms of Presentation
The DNPM workingPlan can be presented in two ways. Here follow:
1) Within the Plan of economic development (PAE) that is requested at the stage of the mining application for processes under the research authorization application regime or in the cases of areas under the mineral licensing regime (registration of license) that uses explosives or minerals that require fragmentation (eg gravel).
New PAE with adjustments in the DNPM Work Plan must be presented in cases of addition of new ore, total lease or partial disposal of the area.
2) Within the mineral licensing application when the mining does not use explosives for the dismantling or does not have beneficiation that involves activities of fragmentation of ores.
Likewise to the Plan of economic development - PAE, the DNPM Development Plan must be prepared by an experienced geologist, legally qualified in CONFEA / CREA, and must be accompanied by the respective the Technical term of Responsibility - ART.
The purpose of the DNPM Development plan is to size the mining enterprise as a function of the extension of the mineral deposit, the consumer market and the characteristics of the ore. The DNPM Development Plan based on fundamental principles such as rational extraction of the mineral good, adequate use of mineral resources, less possible visual impact with the environment, greater stability of the area of mining and maintenance of the health, health and safety of the worker.
Another essential topic within the DNPM Development Plan is the economic viability of the enterprise. The initial investments, the direct, indirect costs, environmental recovery, the selling price (R $ / t) in the market, the tributes incidente and the estimated profit and the time of return of the investment are detailed.
Geoinform Ambiental has a specialized technical team to elaborate the DNPM Development plan, as well as other technical reports required by the DNPM in all phases of the mineral licensing.
